Description

The new HELO Havanna is an innovative heater designed for residential and apartment saunas.

This electric heater is equipped with a built-in thermostat and an 8 + 4 h timer.

The Havanna range is suitable for sauna rooms from 3 to 13 m3. One of its distinctive features is the three-level rock grate, which can be adjusted for 20, 28 or 35 kg of sauna stones. A smaller amount of stones heats up quickly and produces a sharper steam sensation, while a larger amount provides softer, fuller steam.

With Havanna, you can tailor the steam experience to your own preference.

HELO Havanna D is designed for installation with a separate electronic control panel. Available options are EASY, DIGI I and DIGI II. The controls can be positioned on either the right or left side during installation without dismantling the heater. The heater is wall-mounted to save space, but it can also be installed on the floor using an optional stand. A dust collector fitted below the heater is also available as an accessory. The jet-black design, rounded corners and steam wing on top give the heater a distinctive appearance.

Home delivery prices

The shipping cost throughout Europe is calculated according to the rates set by the courier service.

Before delivering the goods, the courier will arrange an acceptable delivery time for you by phone (working days Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product specified in the online store.

The shipping cost will be added to the shopping cart value.

Collection of goods

When receiving the delivered goods, please, check the condition of the shipment (packaging), make sure that the packaging is not deformed or damaged. If you suspect that the package has been damaged or deformed, do not sign the package documents and return the package to the courier. If the package is in order, then sign the invoice (bill of lading) or other shipment transfer-acceptance document. The signed document is proof that the ordered goods were delivered to you.

When purchasing products longer than 2.4m, the customer may have to arrange for unloading.

Returning the goods

We are doing our best to pack goods purchased from us. Unfortunately, sometimes harm might be done during transportation. Even if you do not know if something is damaged or not, it is always good to take photos of arrived package on your smartphone, you will need those in case if any harm is done to the content.

If you can see signs of damaged packaging, please take following steps:

1. Take photos of package and make sure damage is visible.

2. Unpack your order and check if any products are harmed, take a photo of damaged item.

3. If there is a violation, please, inform us via email [email protected]

NB! For all claims of damaged or broken goods, you must make your claim within one (1) working day from the date of delivery. The Company must receive full details and description in written form with attached photos of the damaged goods.

When the buyer refuses to accept delivered goods that are not defective, he must pay the costs of returning the goods to us.
